An MBA graduate from Cardiff University, United Kingdom (Marketing and finance of SMEs in developing countries) is the founder member of the Riti Buildspace. He currently guides the legal cell of the company through all the complications and overseas marketing and finance. He’s also the part of the core team of the group for foreseeing the new avenues. He has been engaged in real estate development for the last 15 years and prior to that he has 2 years of experience in Textile Industry whereby he was responsible for international tie ups for the Textile Group.

The foundation of the Riti Buildspace group was laid by Mr. Ramanbhai Patel 40+ years ago. He has a deep understanding of real estate and he plays a pivotal role in the development of the company. His pursuit to achieve excellence through his work and his love for real estate has led to the successful growth of Riti Buildspace Group. He has also played a very important role in real estate arbitration locally. Currently, he devotes his time to social causes and services.

An M.Com by qualification and with her passion for interior design, Mrs. Rutu Patel looks over every aspect of the company from ideas to hiring consultants to brief them to delivering the finished product. With her strong sense of colour palettes and interior decor, she plays an active role in the interior design of all the projects under the Riti Buildspace Group. Her role ensures that our customers are catered to with a memorable experience and enjoy our service.
